  1. The only thing I can think of by this point is a board problem, but I don't know where to even start.
  2. It's common for RX580's to run around 80C under load, mine generally runs 70-75, since I never run max graphics. I like to keep the load down below 75%.
  3. I relatively recently built a new computer (April 2020,) and went away for several months over the summer. I made sure my PC was powered off properly, PSU switched off and unplugged along with both of my monitors. Now, I'm having crashing problems in my video games, regardless of what I play. I've updated my drivers, and tried rolling back drivers. I checked my memory, and ran Windows Memory Diagnostics, and I can rule that out. One thing that stands out during the crash is several artifacts appear on both my screens, and can come randomly. The most recent time a Blue/Red bloom appeared over my game, but my cursor can travel over it.
