"hard shut down, straight to black? or does windows give you the normal shutdown sequence?" hard shut down

For the last munth or so my pc has been shuting off every 30 minutes and dont know why it all started with a windows update, i've tryed changing the ram around, new ram, more cooling, reset the pc. hard reset,taking pc apart cleaning and puting back to together, updating drivers nvidia and windows and geting more storage and incase that was the problem. Any one know what to do? my specs are in the attached files if your wondering Edit it says i have 16GB of ran but i have 32GB
