What's the model of those pumps? I'd like to take a closer look at those.
-
lol the integrated graphics would preform better anyway
-
Not really sure why or how, but it has now booted. What can i do to diagnose this problem?
-
I bought a gtx 670 yesterday, installed it, the drivers. I found a bios update for it as well, to convert it to uefi. That is all that i have done to the computer. The card ran fine, I played a few games and i was happy with everything. I turned off my computer and went to bed. Today when I went to turn it on it launched directly into the bios, so i exit thinking i hit a key. Then while booting it is giving me a SMART error. I do not think my hard drive has failed, but im feeling that it is a configuration error. MOBO: z97 mark 1 HHD: seagate 2tb VGA: asus GTX 670

Thanks! im pretty sure i will pick up one of the asus pci cards as i don't plan on using it with any other computers. Do you have any router suggestions that wont break the bank to much?
-
My internet is garbage regardless. 60 kbps down max, don't really know about upload. are there any advantages of usb over pci?

Hey all, I need a new wireless adapter for my new computer. Just built it and as of now i'm using an old trendnet one which really isn't cutting it for games or anything else really. I am aware that wireless is not that great for gaming but i have been gaming on my laptop for the last year with not so many problems. My router is directly under my room. I'm thinking something like this http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320074 Not sure if this helps or not:

I have no current GPU, im using the Intel HD graphics on my 4790k
-
Intel hd graphics
-
What about a reference 290x for 250 or less?
-
Hey all, Im going to buy a card to my new build and Im not 100% sure what to get. Was going to get a 970 but not now. I want to buy a 1440p monitor or a high refresh rate 1080p. Would the extra vram be justified for the extra $100 or should i pick up a cheap used 290x and wait for the 3**x series?
-
try uninstalling the Intel drivers, or going into the bios and see if you can switch which graphics adapter is being used. When uninstalling graphics drivers i like to use Display Driver Uninstaller, but it may be complicated for a less than average user.
-
If he has the intel HD graphics installed would they be messing with the 970 drivers ?

Thermaltake water 3.0 ultimate VS NZXT x61
Hutch replied to Hutch's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
I'm quite capable of making a hole in a case. The case is a raidmax smilodon, much to small for any sort of cooling to be attached the regular way. All i need to do is cut a slot in the back near the IO panel. All I need to know is what AIO cooler would give me the best results. -
I have a 4790k and I'm wanting to buy a AIO water cooler. Custom is kind of out of the question. Which AIO would be the best? My case is not big enough to contain anything larger that a single 120mm rad. That being said I will be ghetto mounting it somewhere on the case or somewhere else in my room? The rads I'm interested in as of now are the Thermaltake water 3.0 360mm or the NZXT x61. Not 100% sold on either so suggestions are welcome. Noise isn't a big deal, but performance is. So, what AIO would you choose? Also if anyone is wondering what my current temps are like with the stock cooler: Idle right now is 26c Insurgency and most other games are usually 35c - 40c. Maybe less today as my room is fairly cold. (Thank you Canadian coldness)
