Hello everyone!
One day, I shut down my PC and went to sleep. Next day I tried to start my PC but It didn't start. I figured out that electricity cut twice while I was sleeping. This affacted my PSU and glass fuse of my PSU was broken.
So, I bought a new and same model of PSU. My PSU is 10 years old and there is no factory new product in the internet. So, I bought a second hand one. I put it and everything solved, my PC was working perfectly, except one thing.
For some reason, my PC was freezing like 1 to 5 minutes randomly. I was able to play Dota 2 without any problems but after I put my new PSU, I was facing with freezing problems. Even, I tried to play CS 1.6, the game every computer could run without any problems but guess what. I was facing with random freezing problems, once again.
Yesterday, I decided to check the power cables of my PSU and installation of my hardwares but I saw that one pin of my PSU's 24 pin connector was broken! I've shared a video of my PSU below. I know by default there is already one missing pin, so there should be 23 pins but one of these 23 pins is broken/defective.
Is my freezing problems related to this broken/defective pin? What is your opinion?
Thanks!
