    Given that you build your pc yourself did you put your CPU in your motherboard properly

    You could also try 1 and 3 for good messure

    Did you use fan-splitter for the fans and connect them to the CPU-fan and did you plug the AIO-pump in the right slot on the motherboard ?

    Your motherboard should support all the way up to 5100 Mhz of RAM. Have you double checked if you placed your Ram, in the right slots ?
