Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am brand new to building PCs and have learned what I know from LTT and other tech Youtubers and am planning to build a gaming/streaming PC sometime in November. My budget is $1,500 USD for the PC itself but would like to save as much as I can. That is my main goal. To save where I can without bottlenecking the GPU too badly. So I'm looking to see if anyone has a good build list for the 3080 that will allow me to play the games I stream at 1440 144hz and games I enjoy personally at 4k on my OLED TV. Thank you in advance.
