Hey everyone,
in my last attempt to finally fix this problem, I decided to create an account and ask in here, if anybody can help me out.
I got a peculiar problem. I experience the ever so slight rattling sound when pressing the windows key and tapping out of games. I don't hear any noise when doing minor tasks (browsing, watching videos, etc.), I don't hear any rattling noise when I'm ingame and the system is under load, I ONLY hear this rattling noise when I tap out of a game and the system switches from under load to idle.
It does sound a cable is touching a fan but I can confirm that none of my fans are touched by anything. I've checked thrice now. Checked every fan and it's surroundings manually.

You might only hear it with a headset or Smartphone. 1-4 secs normal fan noise, 5 secs and onwards rattling sound.
Under a running system and creating the same circumstances (meaning having the game run and pressing windows key) I've done:
Unplugging CPU Fans - rattling presists
Unplugging Case Fan 1 - rattling presists
Unplugging Case Fan 2 - rattling presists
Unplugging Case Fan 3 - rattling presists
Disabling GPU Fans - rattling persists
That means none of the fans in my system are the culprit, there can't be any wire etc. obstructing any fan. What I don't quite get is it doesn't make this sound at any other point, it also doesn't come up when I naturally quit the game, only when I hit the windows button while ingame. After a while it disappears and you cant hear anything anymore.
Also when I shut down the system and the fans are winding down it will, whatever it may be, rattle for the last second until everything stops.

Could it be a fan motor/bearing that makes those sounds? And if so how do I test those? The only thing I could do and already did is going into the bios and slowing/ramping up the fans, which didn't result in anything either.
The rattling seems to come from around the CPU area. Is there anything around there that can make a rattling noise? I never heard of vrams doing that or anything else around there. The things that I'm suspecting are either CPU Fans (Dark Rock Pro 4, I switched to this one early september) or the PSU Fan but I don't know how I can control the Fan in there.
Did somebody experience the same or is there a plausible answer to this problem? I'm starting to get crazy here.
