  1. Update: tried a brand new power supply this morning and had the same issue.. Its looking like it may be the motherboard. Any tips before I take it all out and send the motherboard in?
  2. Hey all! Today I was doing some work in Excel. I took a break and came back a few minutes later. I went to start working again and noticed my mouse and keyboard were not lit up (like there was no power to them). Everything was still up on my screen. I restarted, and then there was nothing on the screens, no power to the mouse and keyboard, and no power to any other peripherals. Everything still turns on in the computer; all lights and fans (gpu fans are spinning at full speed for some reason). I did notice the RAM stick RGB is not lighting up. None of the USB ports seem to power any device. Things that I have tried: Unplugged everything and reseated. Blew everything out with compressed air. Cleared the CMOS and replaced the battery. Tried using only one RAM stick. Tried running without the GPU. Tried a brand new 750 watt power supply. Specs are as follows: Windows 10 pro 64 bit Asus Prime Z390-A I9 9900k Corsair 16 gb 3200 ddr4 Asus ROG 2080ti 1tb m.2 ssd Corsair rm850x psu Picture below of everything lit up and running except for the RAM modules
