Hi everyone, this is my first post here and I thought you guys could maybe help.
I apologize if this has been posted before but I couldn't seem to find something talking about this. I'm also a bit of a newbie when it comes to PC building and such, so I'm sorry if the issue is an obvious fix. Recently I purchased a Corsair 4000X Case and moved all my parts in. I was really happy with the design and things went fairly smoothly until I actually turned it on. The case fans began spinning, but the lights would not and still don't turn on. iCUE detects the Lighting Node Core, but no matter which fan model I choose they still do not turn on. I've tried switching where they plug in on my motherboard and on the Node Core but to no avail. I was going to send a ticket into Corsair Support but I can't even find a part or serial number on the case.
I don't know if it's an issue of specs or incompatibilities or something, but if needed I can provide some specs that would be of interest. Thanks for any help
