Will the debloater screw up my windows?

Sorry, I kinda misread the title, the pc is actually WORSE, The cpu is overclocked, but will it really make a 50 fps difference? I have also tried closing everything before running the game.

I play Call of Duty Warzone a lot, and I run a 3600x, 16 gigs of 3200 mhz ram, and a 2070 super. My monitor is a Samsung CHG90, but even when I change the resolution to 1920x1080, the benchmark pcs on Youtube still run better. I can't find out why. I have updated all of my drivers, closed out of everything for maximum performance, and turned all my settings to low, but I still can't even touch what the pcs on Youtube run at high settings. I will get maybe 100, but the pcs on Youtube run 150 fps.

I don't know on your preference is for headphones, but I've been using razer headsets for quite a while now, and so far the Razer Nari or Razer Nari Ultimate are very nice. However, if you don't like haptic drivers, you should get the Nari, not the Ultimate. My microphone is a TKGOU Usb microphone, and it doesn't have that weird sound on other computers. I'm thinking its my usb ports now, but I really don't know. The audio file attached is just ambient noise, but there is the high pitched whine. My motherboard is an MSI MPG x570 Gaming Edge Wifi. Recording (329).m4a
