    I have another same stick but it is functional so if it is possible in some way find out if it is resistor or capacitor with multimeter, that would be nice.

    It is complicated, but now i cannot retun it and i didnt want to. I want to repair it.

    I bought it on ebay it is not new memory.

    Hi, i bought some G.skill memory but one of the sticks has missing SMD component and therefore PC wont boot it get stuck on DRAM error. Does someone know if it was a resistor or capacitor and if so what value is it ? Or can i just bridge the pads ?
