i do have it, i use it only for monitoring fps and temps. should i overclock/undervolt my gpu?

Hey everyone, i need a little help here, i built this pc a month ago with a MSI RTX 2060 Super OC Ventus + Ryzen 5 3600 and some games dont run as expected. RDR2 runs at 70fps with constant drops in balanced settings when it should be running at 100fps-ish according to some benchmarks in youtube with my same specs. Same with Far Cry 5, getting 50-60fps when it should run at +100fps. I already updated drivers and still nothing solved, im pretty new to PC gaming so i could use some help to get better performance.
