Thank you again, I don't understand I have updated the Bios before and the issue still occur however this time I update with the new Bios code release 2020-06-11. This time around it ask to turn on the Multi-Bios, which I was not using, didn't think I need it to. after installing the new Bios on the multi option, My computer is finally restarting without any issues. Thank you again. here is the New Bios update I installed.

Thank you for the response, Additional data: Every time I get this CPU error 00, I have to turn off the the PC along with the PSU. I have to wait over 10 mins before I can turn on the PSU and PC to get back to my normal boot, again if I shut down the system its not an issue, its just an issue when I have to restart it(e.g. Loading new apps that require restarted, or windows update.) I have a cooler master liquid ML360R RGB, this was installed from day 1 of the assemble of my PC, unfortunately this was my first Build.

I assembled the PC and every time I try to reboot it, I get the following error on the motherboard, "CPU Error Code 00". I can turn off the PC just fine and turn it back on without errors. I research and I cannot find a solution. any suggestion would be appreciate it, Thank you
