im not it was only on 30 seconds shut it off tried a few things and then swapped two another cooler but i mean it was like 180 dollars so should i rma it? and about the rgb controller why would that of all things make it not post?

oh and i have a 650 watt PSU the 9900k is on 4.9ghz

ok so i got a 9900k with a z390 Aorus pro wifi Mobo from a freind(i used it before i left) and all is well other then the fact that if i plug in the rgb controller it wont post, and also the h100i cables that power the pump get REALLY hot so i swapped to my cooler master 240 aio for now like all this worked 2 days ago, i have traced all the wries, looked up the manuals for all the things and im lost, the rgb i dont really care about atm but should i RMA that AIO? like when i say the wires get hot i mean like its on for 30 seconds you could damn near burn your self, all i did was swap a psu and my nvme drives and gave him his back
