This faulty graphics card doesn't give any signal output to the monitor. It has put me through hell until now that I have spotted these burnt capacitors on the PCB. The card would randomly stop giving a signal while the PC was running or if I changed resolutions in games, the card would normally start working again after a a day or two of rest outside of the PC but that didn't happen this time. The fan spins fine and Windows loads up normally as I can hear on the speakers but there is no signal being output from the card essentially making it junk. Now by sheer luck I had my 2nd ever graphics card on me, a 10 year old HD 5450 1GB Silent Profile that draws only 19w at peak lol which I can do light gaming and video rendering on. Is there any way I can fix this at home? A local shop told me to flash the card but I think that would have no effect.
