Bought a new power supply - nothing Unplugged everything except ram - nothing Moved ram to different slots - nothing Removed the cmos battery for a few minutes and replaced - nothing

Hi everyone, I just built my first PC and it's going too well. I got an Asrock b450m pro4 motherboard, the Ryzen 3100, 8 Gb of Ddr4 3000 RAM and a gtx 1060. When I power on nothing happens. It's dead. Not a light or a beep or a spinning fan nothing. Any ideas on what might be the problem? I'm wonder g if the motherboard bios needs to be updated to support the 3100 but I am unsure if it is what the problem is. The sticker on the box says ryzen 3000 series compatible.
