Thanks for all the help. I also looked at the video that was sent to me and even at 4k with my 7700k call of duty seem to be averaging at close to 100fps which is really good. Plus he seemed to be running at give or take 10 more fps with a i9 10900k. So i think ill save my money its not worth the extra 10 to maybe 20fps. Ill most likely just OC my 7700k

Well i play call of duty but i run it at 1440p will it make difference? I never run anything at 4k since i only have 1070 so my fps drop hard. So im used to 1440p so when i get my 3080 ill probably run at 1440p rather than 4k

Hi there, im going to upgrade my GPU to a 3080. I was wondering if i should upgrade my CPU as well. Im running a core i7 7700k at 4.2hz. Should i upgrade to a higher end CPU or will it support the 3080? Im also running a 4k monitor 60hz. Thanks in advance.
