    No, we can’t even get it to turn on, it just blinks 5 times where it shows if it is off or on and then... nothing

    Me and my friend tried to update an old laptop of his, and after starting the windows 10 update, the screen just went black. we have tried to plug it in, start it, but nothing seems to work, could you guys maybe look for some solutions?
