The menu button also doesn't work

Sometimes when the logo shows when starting the monitor there is already distortion under the logo, however I can't test it now since my monitor needs to be off for at least 30min to get the distortion back. I didn't open the monitor menu so ill test it in a bit.

Yes I did I tried 2 different HDMI cables since I use DP and I recently reseated my GPU but the problem was there already however it wasn't such a problem since it was way less time to go back to normal. However now its 10min and that's long. And I'm pretty sure the cold has something to do with it somehow? since it is cold now and last year i had the same. However like I said before not this long.

So this is especially when its cold weather but my screen is like pixelated and in the course of 10min it turns normal. Monitor: Optix G24C GPU: Rx580 8GB And it 'loads' from top to bottom,

Instant crashes

Is there a way to test my GPU/CPU without an OS, I've only found a cpu one and my system didn't crash however i didnt find a GPU one. So is there a way to test my GPU without OS. EDIT: How can i know which one has died

Sorry to inform you but this didn't work

Motherboard: b450m Steel legend, b450 S2h GPU: Sapphire pulse rx580 8gb CPU: R5 2600 Ram: 2x8gb 3200mhz (runs at 2660 ATM) Corsair Psu: VS550w Corsair, MWE bronze 550W cooler master. The computer crashed and when upon restarting I had critical Procces died. I still could enter the BIOS. So I tried reinstalling windows but mostly crashes when in setup. Tried preinstalling and using that drive but still the same. I could some days go to windows login screen for a few seconds before it crashes. Was told it was my motherboard so bought a b450 S2h same errors however few days I could acces windows login screen most of the time (coincidence I think) but still died at random times bought new psu (MWE 550w)still the same. When starting the computer I can enter the BIOS everything is default never overclocked. The windows setup screen won't crash in less the 8-10 minutes when doing nothing yesterday same even when accessing CMD. However it crashes when choosing install now instantly and same when accessing CMD today. I tried looking into the dump files thread but I think you need to acces windows? Also I don't have a second system. Did a memtest 0 errors Also downloaded a few CPU stressors and no problems The photo is for trying to run Linux from usb.
