  1. Laptop: Acer Predator Helios 300 2019 i5 9300h 2.4Ghz 1660ti 6GB VRAM GDDR6 32GB RAM 2666Mhz My games start stuttering after some time, this never use to happen before, maybe its because of WIndows 11 im not sure because around the time I updated to Windows 11 I didnt game alot, but now all my games are stutering after some time, for the first few minutes the game runs absolutely fine, but after a few minutes the fps drops down to half and then there is unbearable stuttering, when I didnt have this problem, the temps were around the same but now the game starts stuttering as the temps go up. I reset my PC, I opened the laptop up cleaned it and applied new thermal paste. The only thing that helps is when I go to the laptop's control center and I set the fans on max speed, i reduces the fps drops the fans are unbearably loud and its very inconvient, im not sure what im suppose to do now, any help is appreciated
