even in low temps, CPU at 50 Degrees ingame, GPU at 55 Degrees at the same time, but when load gets heavier, restart automatically -

I will be replacing my Power Supply right away tomorrow, just tried Valley Benchmark, PC Restarts as soon the 1st frames shows -
Please Help me, I have my PC, running with i7-4790, 8gb Team Elite 1600mhz, RX 570 4gb (Pulse), Corsair, VS550... my problem is when i play games at high graphics, or my pc went under heavy load, my pc would just restart on it's own right away, is it possibly my Power supply?, i tried my old GT 630 GPU but still, it restarts on its own ,thank you guys in advance
