Anyone have any ideas? I’m worried the fan will go odd and my cpu will fry -
New build pc- never built one before ryzen 7 3700x stock wraith prism cooler msi mpg x570 gaming edge wifi 2x8gb ddr4 3200mhz Corsair vengeance rgb pro gigabyte windforce oc RTX 2070 super wd black 500gb nvme m.2 wd velociraptor 500gb ssd gamemax rgb mesh case seasonic focus 750w psu everything seems to be working perfectly, all temps are normal not sure what else to look for, it plays fine, but every so often the cpu fan and rgb and the case fans and rgb stop and go dark but the pc is still on and the ram still lights up. If I press the power button again they all kick back in and start up again. ive checked the psu connections and the motherboard screws and the motherboard connections, I don’t know what can be causing. It thanks

HELP!! Spilled water into PC... Hopes for Revival?
Giasgirl replied to Shadowciaw's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
Just as a pointer for the future, if any electronics get wet, wether it's your phone, PC, hairdryer, whatever.... Do not turn it on. Not for a second, not to check if it's ok, not for any reason. Because if you're lucky and it hasn't been fried by the initial spill it will fry if you switch it on. You have to make sure its bone dry before you turn it on. Just take it apart and dry everything you see and then set a fan blowing over it all to try and dry it off... Wait a couple of weeks if you have to. Just don't put power through it until it's dryer than a nuns... ummmm... ...hands.... lets go with hands -
Cinebench score today on my first ever PC build! My son and I built his PC together and he loves it Running it as stock settings other than the RAM which I manually changed to 3200 (2x8gb dual channel)

Yeah I mean I think it’s downloading correctly, this is the 2nd attempt as it wasn’t recognising the usb to boot from the first time
-
I think so, it says ‘creating windows 10 media’ and the progress and when it finishes I eject the flash drive
-
Should I try it in the usb 3 or is the kiddo right?
-
Going to search for another usb now, we don’t use them often
-
Yes the windows boot usb, tried both usb 2 ports, my son said the flash drive isn’t usb 3 so not to put it in that one, just redownloading the windows files in case there was something wrong with the first download
