I am about to build a gaming pc later this year(budget around 3000$USD), I need some suggestion on the cooling system, so if the cpu going to be intel 10th gen or the new coming amd zen 3, the gpu will be the nvida 3080/3080ti, what kind of cooling system is good enough for it

I actually just google it, even it does call 21 series, I think it just the change of name, doesn't bother me as long as it's the same gpu

also in terms of cpu options, if I just mainly use it for gaming, does it matter to choose amd or intel. At first I would go with intel but recently I saw one of linus video about the intel lock the cpu running speed, it made me wonder is it still worth to buy an intel cpu

of course one gpu is already good enough for me

Question if the nvidia 30 series are coming out during the last four months of 2020, is it possible for me to build a gaming pc with one of the 30 series gpu, the budge is around 3000$
