  1. I'm in Vancouver, and sadly that's the truth of the matter.
  2. Hello All, I hope you all are keeping safe during our apocalypse! Anyone have any dealings with customer service via the Canada Computers website. I have a 2 service tickets open with them right now well over 2 weeks. They posted an amazing deal about 2 weeks ago on the website for a Ryzen 7 3700X at $379! I put that in my cart right away! When I got to the credit card payment then noticed is was now $429.00!?!? WTF. I sent them a service ticket right away.. got this response: Canada Computers CSR: "Good day! Thanks for your response As per advised from our Account specialist r there is a really a glitched happened last day and the linked was send randomly is already expired reason why it was removed immediate in our website. The issue was also raised to our IT and Marketing department to prevent this happen again on the future, We really apologize for confusion we understand the only way to do business the best way is to directly hear from valued customers like you. The team will look into it and we will take the feedback constructively and work harder to provide better service next time. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us a message if you need further assistance. Our contact information can be found here: https://www.canadacomputers.com/contact_us Thanks for choosing Canada Computers, we appreciate your business with us." End of email. I sent them back telling them regardless of a "glitch" this is known as "bait and switch" and linked the government website with all the info. I also suggested the price should be honored. Waited a week with no reply (I still have no reply) opened a second ticket a week ago STILL with no replay. I have not called them directly as I'm sure the response is going to be one of passing the buck and some BS line like "we have nothing to do with the website" I also sent them screenshots showing the price on the website, my cart, and on pcpartpicker. I added the screenshots to this post. This is a nice way to run a company. well done Canada Computers. Anyone know a good deal on Ryzen 7 3700X or 9 3900X (in Canada) best I can find is $411.02 from amazon.
