Hello! I was planning to buy a laptop with a Ryzen 7 5700U and I read somewhere that it had some problems[I cant seem to find where I read it sorry ;( ] and was wondering if people who have used it for a long time or even a short time had any problems with it or not.

Hey guys! I'm planning to buy the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 82LN00A3IN Ryzen 7 5700U model and was wondering if anyone has used it or not. If yes, how has your experience been and what problems do you have with it!

I recently switched to using the laptop i got for college to do most of my things. To the people who've been using laptops extensively what tips do you have for a noob like me so that i dont ruin my laptop in like 6 months. Tips about battery life, general care and other things you guys have. Thanks for the help!

Its all in the title. Was playing minecraft and realised that it was running on the intel integrated graphics. I quit the game, went to NVIDIA control panel, there i changed it to use GPU option, launched the game again, but, it was still running on the integrated graphics... then went to intel's one and i couldn't figure out anything there. Pls help... Thanks!

The only minor concern i see is that the mobo only has a pcie 2.0 slot where as the card has a 3.0 one. It'll work fine, but it'll run at the gen 2.0 speeds.. other than that i find no problems. edit: i myself dont know that much... so i could be chatting absolute poopoo

Just for storing the OS. I have a hard drive that im currently using that has data so ill use that for games and stuff. Was watching a ltt vid and linus said sometimes ssd without the dram can work worse than hdd. I found one with dram but for a little more i could get a bigger capacty but without a dram cache. Got confused which one to buy and now here i am.

some very legal anime streaming sites are gonna get banned in india. i dont wanna support crunchyroll. so was just thinking of getting one to go over the restriction

Hey guys! this is my first post here. I have a system which i currently use that is from the 2013 era fx6300, asus M5A78LM USB3. Finally thought its time to upgrade to an ssd. My question is that what will happen to my pre existing data on my hdd if i did a fresh install [assuming i unplug it from the system while installing win 10 and then plugging it back in] of win 10 on a new ssd and then connect it back? will it remain or what? i'd think that it wouldnt be affected because i didnt have the hdd plugged in whilst doing the win 10 install Pls help! Thanks
