Haven't had a chance to really stress test it (not home right now), but it's doing this while idle, so I don't think it being under load will change anything. I can do a fresh install of Windows and see if that helps.

Hi, just built a new PC and everything seems fine except the stuttering. It happens after the PC being on for a bit. You notice it in both games and when just on the desktop and browsing Chrome. You can also see it if I restart as well. The little circle on the restart screen stutters when going around in circles. It also takes a very long time to restart. My specs are: Ryzen 5 3600 Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Asus Prime X570 Pro Corsair Vengeance 4x8 GB 3200 mhz Corsair RM 850X PSU WD Black 500 GB M.2 NVME The M.2 is from a previous build, and had Windows and everything from my old PC on it. Everything else in my PC is new. I thought maybe the old drivers were causing the issue and I uninstalled them, but I still get stuttering. My temps seem fine. I'm at about 35 - 40C idle on both my CPU and GPU. Any help? Thanks.
