how do i clean the fans?

is there a way i could get better thermals but get around the same performance?

as soon as i say this, computer starts getting pretty hot and thermal throttling after ah dell laptops

seems like the cpu is back to normal... weird. and it didnt power throttle a single time while i was playing also

i think it's fixed? i'll play a round of a game rq and see if the cpu stays at around the same frequency

it's been staying like this for 40~ seconds now, can hear the fans

i already have the highest performance plans/settings on i did notice that when i was looking at the ghz in throttlestop, with bd prochot on, the cpu will boost up to 3.9 ghz and stay for around 20 seconds then boost back down don't know why it would boost down when my laptop wasn't even throttling of any kind

so i changed one thing before this was happening and it was in throttlestop (changed the turbo long power) but i deleted throttlestop's ini folder so everything would go back to normal, could that have perhaps changed it even though the throttlestop settings shouldnt be applied anymore?

it wasn't that high, around the 70s
