  1. Oh ok. I don’t think I’ll need to upgrade my motherboard it’s a 570x or b550 I can’t remember. I imagine it doesn’t matter which I get first really? If so I’ll get the cpu first because it’s cheaper and I may get some more performance on games that use a lot of cpu
  2. If new stuff is definitely coming later this year I’ll wait. Is there any news on it?
  3. Ok thanks. I thought with a 3080ti the 3700x wouldn’t keep up. Thanks I’ll upgrade my GPU and monitor first
  4. What exactly is a platform swap? I’m not really too knowledgeable on PCs I’ve never heard of that. Is it just getting a new pc?
  5. Oh ok. Then I’ll get the processor and save for a 3080 ti and 4K monitor.
  6. Yeah but I would like to get a 5800x3d because I have the money for it so I thought it’d be worth it.
  7. So I’ll be fine with a 2080 super? Will I get any less frames from the cpu?
  8. I play at 1440p. If I don’t use 100% of the cpu does that mean I get less frames?
  9. I have a 3700x. I’m upgrading becahse id like to get a 3080 ti in the future
  10. Hi. I’d like to upgrade my processor to a 5800x3d and I currently have a 2080 super. My brother said the 5800x3d is way too powerful for that card and would leave a lot of the cpu unused paired with the 2080 super. Is this true? Will my performance of the processor be hindered because of the 2080 super? Do I need a 3080 or 3080 ti (which I’m planning to get when I get the money)
