  1. I've never done that before, do I just download memtest86 on a usb and let the pc boot on it?

  4. wait I can get the error code, i'll have my friend send over a picture.
  5. I found this on google images, this is exactly the error. Maybe the QR code is different
  6. Hello everyone! This is my first post here, so I don't know everything yet... Also, English isn't my first language! So recently I helped my friend build his first pc, he just said what kind of performance he wanted and how much he could pay, so I build the pc and delivered it to him. Easy, right? Well, not so much. I delivered it and went home, but an hour later he called, and said the pc had bluescreened multiple times already. I looked it up, and told him to check if all the drivers are up to date. They were, I already checked it after installing Windows, but still, maybe there was an update or something. All the drivers were up to date, so I ruled that out as a problem. I couldn't find any other possible issues, apart from maybe one of the parts failing (if a part had to fail, I think it must be the hdd or his ssd, but it could be something else). Currently I am out of options, I've been calling with him for 4 hours now and we don't know what is happening. Do you guys have any options/solutions? I would appreciate it very much, thank you.
