What is the general consensus within the community regarding these two options? I haven't been able to find much on the 24G2SP besides Hardware Unboxed mentioning it Thank you

I'm looking to upgrade from a Galaxy S7 and looking at the OnePlus 8 Pro but unsure if there is any better alternatives/recommendations Is there any issues I should be aware of ex. thermal throttling? I saw on reddit the 8pro had screen issues, should I still be worried still? My only priority is speed really so I was looking at SD865 US Expandable storage would be nice 3.5mm jack wouldn't be a con either OnePlus 8 Pro lacks both

I'm looking to upgrade from a Galaxy S7 and unsure of my options US Trying to stay below $900 USD although wouldn't mind spending less Willing to wait till the end of the year Probably won't be able to upgrade for a number of years Priorities are really just 3.5mm jack and speed I'd prefer a glass or metal body rather than plastic and able to receive latest updates A decent camera and expandable storage via microSD would be nice Is the difference between snapdragon 855(+) LPDDR4(x) and 865 LPDDR5 significant?
