The top half of the touchscreen on my galaxy s10+ decided to stop working today. The screen works fine I just can't touch anything, the bottom half of the screen are working totally fine including the touchscreen it is just the touch on the top half, I feel like I may have been very occasionally able to get it to sense my touch for a split second but I may be imagining that. I don't think I dropped my phone and I didn't do a software update or install anything recently. I have looked it up and found people saying that their whole touchsceen doesn't work but nothing like this where it is only the top part. I have tried restarting and doing a soft reset as well as increasing the screen sensitivity and this hasn't worked. If anyone knows what this is issue is or has suggestions on how to solve it your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am going to college this year and need a laptop. I was all set to buy the Zephyrus G14 and then I realized it doesn't have a webcam. My school has already said that we will be doing hybrid in-person/online classes so a webcam is a necessity for me. Is there anything similar in specs to the G14 at a similar price with a webcam? I am looking for something 14 or 15 inches with decent performance for productivity type tasks and some sort of graphics card for some light gaming in between work. Lightweight is also good cause I will have to carry it around campus. Thanks
