I'm deciding between these builds. First I wanted to choose between the 2070S and 5700xt. Then I read that a 2060S is comparable to the 2070 (non-S) and that RTX ON = FPS OFF, correct me if I'm wrong on those. I made a build for the 5700xt and swapped the GPU for the 2060S.
