I'm going to buy the AMD RYZEN 9 3900X. Does anyone have any experience with the stock cooler and the perfomance of it? Is it worth to go for a CPU Cooler Arctic Freezer i13 X CO (+/-30€ in Portugal) or just stay with the stock cooler?

Good morning from Portugal! I'm going to buy a 5700 xt but I have no ideia which model to buy. In Portugal the prices are too different (don't know if in the other countries is the same), but if anyone can give me a little help i would be very thankful. do you recommend that gpu? i'm building my pc this week and I don't know if it is worthy to choose the 5700xt instead od the 5600xt
