Hey guys, I am in need of some help with an issue with a new build I did. The issues is that my new motherboard won't recognize any sata hard drive. I currently have two ssds installed, a 250gb and a 1tb, but i purchased a 2tb sata drive to add to that and the motherboard wont recognize it. I contacted seagate and they have sent me two replacements so far but none have worked. I attempted to trouble shoot on my own but I still cant get it to read any drive other than my ssds. I have changed out the sata and power cables for the drives, changed the ports they were connected to, reinstalled windows and flashed my bios multiple times (currently on the original version that it shipped with). I am just at a loss on what to do since my two other ssds still work with no issues. And I have tried using those cables on the new drives but the bios wont recognize them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My setup:
Ryzen 3700x
MSI X570 Gaming Edge WIFI
32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (boot drive)
Samsung 860 EVO 1TB
Corsair 750X PSU
Seagate 2TB (this one is the one I have trouble with)
