Hello, I am thinking to buy a new PSU, how is CX 550 ? and for the same price i am getting Gigabyte B700H ( https://www.gigabyte.com/in/Power-Supply/B700H#kf ), its a 700W PSU vs the 550W one from corsair. Please recommend me which PSU should i buy

Hello Everyone, I recently purchased a Cooler Master MWE 550W ( https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/power-supplies/mwe-series/mwe-550-white-v2/ ) and after its installation while playing games its making a buzzing noise, when i pause the game it stop making that noise, is that normal with this PSU or something is wrong with my model ? oh well so which PSU should i choose ? my budget is under $50 & how to check the quality of a PSU ( any measures? i am complete noob when it comes to PSU thing )
