Thank you, just curious.. the PBO in my bios is set on 'Auto' by default.. will I lose gaming performance if i disable it? what does PBO do?

Hi There! I recently built a AMD Rig (Switched from Intel) but I don't know what's the most optimal bios settings for Ryzen 3000 series for gaming and stability without overclocking.
