Anyway I have so far spent around $720 USD for the above parts (btw I am from Singapore). So I am missing a motherboard and PSU. I am looking at max $1200 USD

Pretty standard build I am going for. I initially wanted to purchase MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon but I can't find it at the moment in my country. So I waited for the release of the B550 boards recently, and the price for MSI B550 Gaming Edge and Gaming Pro Carbon are pretty much higher but I do not mind spending a little more for future proofing. Can't really find much reviews on these 2 boards on the internet. CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4 3200 Memory: Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 250 GB Memory: Seagate Barracuda 2TB GPU: ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 2060 AMP 6GB Case: NZXT H510
