Need help with H370 Gaming WiFi.

Building a PC for a friend. The motherboard we went with was the H370 gaming wifi and I can't get the m.2 to work. The motherboard was used so no m.2 standoff was provided for the bottom slot but there's a non removable one on the top slot. Can't get it to even show up in the bios. Any tips?

Ah yes good old i7-9700f. On socket 2066. Only redeeming thing about best buy is the fact they just so happen to sell Corsair RMx power supplies.
