I have it and i checked, it claims to be a R7 240 but it no way looks like it I could send a picture if needed?

Hey people so, My brother had a pc made back in 2013 or so and i decided to borrow it (In 2020) And it has this weird radeon graphics card that i seem i cant find anywhere can anyone help me find this graphics card, here is the only info ihave.
