After gaming for an hour or so and I forgot to close discord while running the benchmark

Before gaming I got this sorry I ran the full benchmark and forgot to take screenshots of the CPU and GPU specifically

From what I've seen its hovering around 85-90 degrees Celsius while in game and its around 50-60 Idle

Hopefully someone here can help I've been experiencing horrible FPS on games lately I use to be able to play CSGO at around 100FPS on high but lately my performance has been super bad I get drops to around like 30 or even less FPS and its not just CSGO its most of my games I tried driver updates aswell as a clean install with no luck hopefully someone here has something I can try to do I'm not sure whats going on these FPS drops happen even when I drop settings to low if anyone has an answer thx in advance
