My gf just got a pc from ibuypower customised the same as mine with minor differences and has only had it for about 2 days. We downloaded steam, steam vr, vrchat, the forest, google chrome, discord, and oculus app. Her pc works fine and flys thru stuff like mine but it only lasts about 20 minutes before completely freezing. I can still hear her in discord calls and see her move in vr. But her screen and vr screen is frozen on whatever was last showing before the freeze however she can still hear audio just fine. Mouse and keyboard dont work as far as she can see and cant ctrl alt del. Can only force off power and restart pc. We tried updating some drivers and windows aswell as redownloading all the games and apps and we just tried reseting her pc back to how it was when we got it. Her screen still gets stuck. How do we save this 1500$ pc.
