  1. Hi all, I'm having an issue with my graphics card where my Vive for some reason is my PC's primary display instead of my monitor, and my display only shows up on the Vive when booting up as well as when I try to plug it back in. Is there any way for me to fix it so that my monitor is my monitor? I believe this also is breaking my SteamVR, as it keeps getting me the dreaded "Display settings not configured (208)" message. EDIT: I should also mention that I have enabled Direct Display mode, but it doesn't fix the issue.
  2. I did not. I'm going to DDU real quick and reinstall my drivers, it might take a couple of days to see what happens because it happens randomly. If it does happen again I'll know I need to buy a new GPU. I think I can also RMA it since it's only been 2 years since I built this thing.
  3. Weird. I actually updated my drivers after the first blackscreen and I thought it was a driver issue. I know it's too long since I got the card so I might have to buy a new GPU.
  4. This has been happening since two days ago. I tried to multitask between Premiere Pro and VRChat, and then my entire PC just black screened. (In other words, the screen stopped displaying input and the fans kicked up to 100%). I restarted, and for some reason I was logged out of Steam. Then, my PC just shut off later on in the day when I was watching a full screen YouTube video. Yesterday I was just in VRChat and my PC blackscreened while I was in VR and logged me out of Steam upon reboot. Does anyone know how to narrow down a probable cause? My only lead is that it has something to do with my GPU; I'm unsure as to whether it's dying or not. I run a I7 8700K CPU with 32 gigs of RAM. I run a RTX 2080 as my GPU and I have a WiFi PCIe Card as well as a USB PCIe Card. I run the latest version of Windows 10 Pro (I think 1903). EDIT: Looking through event viewer, I have not found anything useful as to why my PC keeps doing this. I had another blackscreen event today, this time I was not even doing anything with my PC. It appears to be practically random.
