I've checked it and it's not installed anymore. I've checked the local files folder for steam and it's not there too. It just shows up when I scan it with WizTree

Please help! I need someone to tell me what's going on and how to fix it. I've just recently uninstalled GTA V on steam to make room for another game on my SSD. After I've uninstalled it, I checked the disk space of my C: Drive and no free space was freed. I was desperately looking for answers online and could not find anything useful. BTW, the folder for GTA V isn't showing on my steamapps folder and I tried using wiztree to see if it's there, and it's there! BUT I CAN'T DELETE IT! HELP!
