  1. Could it be something else like RAM or case power cable? I've already replaced PSU and Motherboard so I assume it's not either of them causing this.
  2. Hi all, I'm at a loss here, hope someone on here can help. A few weeks ago my circuit breaker tripping caused my PC to not power on. What would happen is that my MOBO would flash LEDs for a split second before turning off. After looking online I replaced both the Motherboard and the PSU but exactly the same issue remains. I have removed the GPU and the RAM and the it still does the same thing. Any idea here? I assume my CPU must be fried by process of elimination, but I am also wary of the cables with my case and if they're causing the problem.
