  3. I recently upgraded from a Ryzen 3 3100 to a Ryzen 5 5600x in an attempt to address stuttering and freezing in games due to high CPU usage spikes (mostly in warzone). However it doesn't seem that the upgrade has solved my problem. Is there anything else it could be? Any help would be appreciated Build: Ryzen 5 5600x Galax 2070 Patriot Viper 8GB DDR4 @3200 x2 Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD WD Green 256GB m.2
  4. I have just upgraded to a 2070 and am wondering if my Corsair CX450M PSU will be able to be used with it? I am planning on upgrading to a 650/700w in the near future but want to know if I can use the 450w in the mean time. Thanks Ryzen 3 3100 Galax 2070 EX 1-Click OC 2 x 8GB Patriot Viper DDR4 256gb M.2 SSD Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3 x 120mm Corsair LL120 Fans Corsair CX450M

  6. Hey everyone. I recently built my first gaming PC (specs below), and has been working perfectly fine for months. However, today I unplugged my HDMI cable from my GPU and when I plugged it back in my monitor was not receiving any signal. I can boot into BIOS and safe mode in Windows 10 but that is basically it. Every time I restart I get the Gigabyte logo and then my monitor powers off. The monitor and cable in question work fine when plugged into my laptop. Wondering how I can fix this? Have reseated every connection on my motherboard, tried disabling and updating GPU drivers, even tried to reset windows but none has worked Would really love some help on this Thanks UPDATE: unplugging all of the case fans has allowed me to boot to Windows but it will only display for a minute or two at a time. Specs: Gigabyte B450M DS3H Ryzen 3100 Gigabyte 5600XT Patriot Viper Steel Series 16GB DDR4 @3200Mhz Corsair CX450M PSU
  7. Hey everyone, I am wanting to add 3 Corsair LL120 fans to my build. However, I am unsure about my motherboard & power supply supporting them and how to power them. (this is my first PC build) I am running a Corsair CX450M PSU and a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard. The motherboard only has one fan header but I believe I will be able to get a fan hub to split the power for the now 5 fans in my case. (right?) and I am unsure about the additional power for the RGB fan hub and the RGB controller that comes with the fans as it will require 2 SATA connections. I think that 3 of the ports on the PSU can be used for SATA but I am using one for a HDD, I will need one for the fan hub and I want to be able to add an additional HDD in the future. Is a SATA splitter cable all I need? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
