  1. $1000 is the most I'd like to spend. The PC I previously used is the first PC I ever had, and it has been used extensively, and it is cleaned often but I have noticed some issues and dips in performance. That is, before it outright stopped functioning.
  2. I haven't gone through and tested everything yet. But I have had issues with the power supply, MOBO, and GPU in the past. The CPU and ram are too old for me to want to put into a new build.
  3. I have HDDs to use. I just want a SSD for the speed. I'm not sure about what case I'll be using yet. I had this in mind: https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Airflow-Tempered-Mid-Tower-Gaming/dp/B07VL5QHMB/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=corsair+275r+airflow+white&linkCode=sl2&linkId=51d5a42f29fe0a01fdef60187c20dc31&qid=1593891576&sr=8-1&tag=geeka2020-20
  4. I want 32GB DDR4 ram for video editing particularly. After Effects eats it up. Also, the old specs from what I can remember: Mobo: MSI 970 Gaming GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB CPU: AMD FX-8350 Ram: 16GB DDR3 HyperX Storage: 4TB WD HDD, 1TB WD HDD
  5. Gaming, video editing, school, recording music, pretty much anything you can think of I usually do on my PC
  6. This is the link to the current version of my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/j696Wb Edit: This is the modified build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wddyn7 I have multiple questions that I would like some advise on, as I've only built one PC in the past, and I did not choose the parts myself. So, firstly, with my choices for CPU and GPU, is this the best "bang for my buck" at a total price point of around $1,000? Also, I am wondering if at this price point it is worth it to invest in any non-stock CPU cooler, or case fans? I have always just went with the stock variants in the past. Is it worth it to buy 3600MHz ram? As I was searching I was told this was the best option with my current build. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
