    Fuck me, fixed it the socket was bad ... swapped both in the next sockets works like a charm. Thanks for the CPU-Z advice.

    RAM sticks reseated 3 times same issue, installed one single stick at a time both work.

    Happened yesterday after a normal reboot, restored BIOS to default and tried all the YT videos still nothing ... same issue after every 'fix'. Everything is stock no OC.
