  1. Thanks I appreciate it, hopefully when the GeForce 3000 series comes out I’ll be able to get a good deal on an RTX GPU
  2. I might just be willing to wait because right now the graphics card prices are insane where I’m from.
  3. I’m from South Africa and my Budget is ZAR20000 but I converted it to dollars as I assume there are more users from the USA that will reply to this. I have a Razer Black BlackWidow Chroma V2 but I do not have a mouse, but I won’t include the mouse as part of the budget.
  4. I need someone to help me choose parts for my first gaming PC. My budget is $1200 and I want (new) parts with the best value for this price range, I am willing to spend up to $1400 if needed to get better parts that will make a noticeable difference. I mainly want to play Forza Horizon 4 and FPS games. I have an AOC 27 inch 1080p 144hz G Sync monitor which I got as a gift and I have to been able to take full advantage of it as I currantly have a PS4 Pro.
  5. Around $300, I would appreciate it if you could tell me what motherboard would be better at that price
  6. It’s an ASUS ROG Strix (with 3 fans) and its going into an NZXT H710i but i am not sure if I need to buy more case fans to prevent overheating.
  7. Would the Asus ROG Strix X370-F be a good motherboard for a Ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 1080ti?
  8. Do you think I would be able to play Forza Horizon 4 at 1440p Ultra settings?
  9. I was thinking of doing that, but the shipping from USA to South Africa is $254 so it’s still going to cost me the same as buying one here
  10. Thanks for the reply, I will be getting the 3600
  11. Thanks for the recommendation, will the Ryzen 5 3600 have any bottleneck issues with the 1080ti?
  12. Hi Guys,so I’m building my first gaming pc I’m having a tough time deciding on what graphics card to buy.I live in South Africa and graphics card prices are extremely expensive.I can buy a brand new RTX 2070 Super for R13500 ( $800) or a used GTX 1080ti for R7000 ( $410). The GTX 1080ti belongs to a friend of mine who is upgrading to a 2080 soon and I have played a few games on his PC with it and it is working fine and it is in excellent condition. The only new graphics card my budget will allow me is a RTX 2060 for R10500 ( $620). Also if anyone can give me a good cpu recomendation for around $450 I would greatly appreciate it.
