IC? The RAM was fine before I put the CPU and GPU, could it possibly be unseated? Also not sure if its being overclocked? how/should i put it back to factory?

I have installed that little buzzer/speaker thing and three short beeps then a pause then the post beep

Thanks for all the help you gave me, I was using an X570 I bought when I put my pc together and hadn't updated the bios and back then the 5000 series wasn't out. So flashed the motherboard with the new bios on flashback and starts up first time. Only thing it doesn't do right that id appreciate your opinion on is, I push the power on and it goes beep beep beep together then a second of pause then a beep as it boots?

Thanks for that. If the bios isn’t right for the new cpu would that cause the pc to not display anything

I don’t have any of my old parts. What is power tripping my psu?

I just upgraded a few components in my pc. A Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 9 5900X, an AMD stock cooler to a Corsair H115i liquid cooler and a gtx 1660 Super to an RTX 3090. Turned the pc on and all the fans spin and RGB lights are on but no display. I never upgraded the PSU which is a fully modular Corsair 650W. Where do I start

I did a registy adjustment and restarted computer my computer and the memory is at 20 percent and I can run warzine fine. So not sure what the hardware reserved was but it's now 56MB. I get this issue a lot but just restart my pc and it seems to get better. Have I got the hardware to play a game like warzone do you think . Also not sure if you can help but I have a 1660 super 6gb but when I use Nvidia to use optimal settings for graphics it sets the Vram usage too high?

I'm unsure if it's a problem with my hardware or software. I built my pc using a ryzen 5 3600 nvidia 1660 super and 16gb of corsair ram 2400mhz. My ram usage is 60 percent on the start screen and when I play warzone on the menus my pc is using 95 percent then in game the frames are all over the place. If I stand still they settle but if I move and shoot the frames crash. This is with just warzone running. Any help is greatly appreciated

I have just put a 1TB M.2 SSD in my gaming system and have an old 1tb hard drive. What programs should I be moving to the fast SSD to utilise the fast memory?

I made a topic a few weeks ago because my pc started to act up, rig on but when left the screen goes black and won't show on the monitor. Today when I went to the bios it said about clearing the cmos like suggested on my last post. If I clear my cmos do I need to flash the bios? Also how do you essily clear the cmos on my mobo? I have an aorus x570 elite. Any help appreciated

I was using my pc earlier and was fine just like any other time then when I came back to it the monitor screen was black. This is normal just wiggle the mouse and on it comes, but this time nothing. I tried the keyboard and the same thing happened. I tried removing the hdmi and plugging in but nothing. So I reset the computer and when it came to the motherboard boot screen it booted fine. It went to the operating system screen and showed the windows logo and it loading. Then the screen went black and im back to step one. Any ideas whats gone wrong please?

I had overclocked my ryzen 3600 through the ryzen master software like a lot of guides I saw showed. I used the software to stress test the overclock and everything fine. As soon as I then play high demanding games like bf 5 the game plays perfect then crashes the game unexpectedly. I take the overclock off and its fine again. Is this a sign of a bad chip or bad overclocking?

I have just recently upgraded my pc to an Aorus X570 and a ryzen 5 3600. I can play World Of Tanks on ultra settings and no problems. I play Battlefield 5 on settings auto selected by my Nvidia GTX 1660 Super and every few minutes I hear the two wire speaker on the motherboard beeping. Its really annoying and want to solve the problem. There is no dip in gameplay at all so I'm sure the hardware I have can take it. Also as a second question I did overclock my ryzen 5 a bit but for some reason battlefield keeps on crashing when it is overclocked so put it back to normal settings, not sure why? I have just built my rig and the ryzen cpu doesn't seem to be right but I'm not sure as I'm new to this. The games I have played so far are running right but my cpu is stock at 3600mhz but looking at the cpu on the ryzen master software the cpu is hitting over that on peak speed. When i run cinebench the PPT reading goes red and off the chart. Also the buzzer in my pc keeps on going off when playing games im guessing when the peak speed is too high. I know how to build a pc but have never really overclocked. Looked on YouTube but everyone seems to say something different. Im trying to overclock a ryzen 5 3600 on a Aorus X570 board. Any help really appreciated!

I'm looking to upgrade my cpu and motherboard and know the cpu fits the socket but not sure about the bios. If the bios doesn't is there a way to make it compatible? The motherboard is Gigabyte B450M DS3H AMD Socket AM4 Motherboard and the cpu is a ryzen 5 3600. Thanks in advance ☺
