The KiD 98

When i test with another card it run perfectly fine so ram is not the problem, cable is plugged into the card and yes is not loose, I think my rx470 is broken cause it's a mining card that I buy used from the miner

R3 3100 16gb ram I re seat the card 3 times, also cleaning it but it didn't boot

So yesterday I was playing GTA 5 normaly and after dinner the card did not boot up but the LED on the PCB still light up and the back still warm after 5 minutes turned on, so is there anyway to fix it ? I asked the repair shop and they said it's gone. P/S: sorry if my English is crap
